Project overview
The Elite Football Scouting Course, from UniFootball For All, teaches people how to become professional football scouts. It is led by Vaggelis Perperidis and is presented as the first multilingual football scouting course, with full voiceovers in eight languages.
WooDigitals built the course platform on WordPress. LearnDash powers the course and its lessons, WooCommerce handles secure payments, and membership access controls who can see which content. A student can find the course, pay, log in and start the first lesson in one smooth flow.
About Elite Football Scouting
UniFootball For All has trained aspiring scouts for years, mainly across Greece and Cyprus. Its flagship product is a single, in-depth scouting course of 28 self-paced modules, covering how the recruitment industry works, how to scout and write reports, and how modern tools and data are used in professional clubs.
The course is aimed at people who want a career in football recruitment, including video scouts, agents, recruitment analysts, regional scouts, data scouts and future sporting directors, as well as football professionals who want structured development.
The challenge
The course had to work for an international audience. Students come from many countries, speak different languages and pay in different currencies, and many prefer to learn in their own language rather than in English.
The platform also needed to sell a premium course with paid access, offer flexible payment options, let people preview the course before buying, and keep the content protected so only enrolled students can watch the lessons.
Project goals
- Sell the course online with secure payments
- Deliver 28 self-paced modules with video lessons
- Support learners in eight languages
- Show prices in the student's own currency
- Offer flexible and installment payment options
- Protect paid content behind student login
Our approach
Course mapping
We mapped the 28 modules, the lesson order, the assessments and the language versions before building, so the structure in LearnDash would match how the course is taught.
Platform setup
We set up LearnDash for courses and lessons, WooCommerce for checkout and payments, and membership rules that connect a purchase to the right course access.
Payments & currencies
We configured multi-currency pricing and the payment options, including flexible payment plans, so students anywhere can pay in a way that suits them.
Marketing pages
We built the course, career, testimonial and success story pages in Elementor, so the team can keep them up to date as new graduates and partners are added.
Testing & launch
We tested the full student journey, from the free preview to checkout, login and the first lesson, on desktop and mobile before launch.
The solution
A structured LearnDash course
The course is organized in LearnDash as 28 modules of self-paced lessons, with video lessons hosted on Vimeo. Students move through the modules in order, from understanding the football industry to developing their scouting expertise.
The course also builds a portfolio of scouting reports, with final assessments and scenario-based tasks, so students finish with work they can show to clubs and agencies.
One course in eight languages
The platform delivers the course with full voiceovers in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese and Russian. A language selector lets each student choose the version they want, which opens the course to learners who would not take an English-only program.
Payments in the student's own currency
WooCommerce handles checkout and secure payments. Prices can be shown in GBP, EUR, USD, AED, INR, AUD and more, so international students see a price they understand before they buy.
Flexible monthly payment plans and limited-time offers are supported, which makes a premium course easier to afford.
Membership access and student login
Paid enrollment is linked to course access, so only students who have bought the course can open the lessons. Students log in with their own account, with “remember me and password reset built in, and continue exactly where they left off.
A free preview lecture
Visitors can watch a free introduction lecture before buying. It shows the quality of the teaching and answers the question every buyer has: is this course right for me?
Pages that sell the career, not only the course
Beyond the course itself, the site explains where the course can take students, with career cards for video scout, agent, recruitment analyst, regional scout, sporting director and data scout. Testimonials, a success stories section and an introduction to industry tools such as Wyscout, Hudl and TransferRoom build trust with new visitors.
